Pr\u00fd abychom vid\u011bli, co je to ten pokrok.\u00a0<\/strong>Vlak je star\u00fd 40 let a\u00a0ministr dopravy Martin Kupka k p\u0159\u00edjezdu \u010dty\u0159icetilet\u00e9ho d\u011bde\u010dka\u00a0Tak jsme si z Francie\u00a0za 9 milion\u016f p\u016fj\u010dili na koukanou rychlovlak\u00a0z Francie uvedl: \u201eChceme p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit lidi, \u017ee rychlovlaky\u00a0v \u010cesku\u00a0nejsou jen vize, n\u011bjak\u00e9 vzdu\u0161n\u00e9 z\u00e1mky.\u00a0Toto je z\u00e1vazek pro \u010deskou vl\u00e1du, \u017ee vysokorychlostn\u00ed \u017eeleznice je sm\u011br, kter\u00fdm chceme j\u00edt.\u00a0A\u00a0pr\u00e1v\u011b velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee se podobn\u00fdm strojem v \u010cesku v dohledn\u00e9 dob\u011b sveze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z knihy z roku 1981: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto kdysi napsal a prohl\u00e1sil 77let\u00fd francouzsk\u00fd intelektu\u00e1l, v\u011bdec, spisovatel, ekonom, in\u017een\u00fdr a dr\u017eitel dal\u0161\u00edch v\u011bdeck\u00fdch hodnost\u00ed, b\u00fdval\u00fd p\u0159edseda Evropsk\u00e9 banky pro obnovu a rozvoj v l\u00e9tech 91-93, tak\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00fd podporovatel sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho prezidenta Macrona. To snad nen\u00ed ani mo\u017en\u00e9518\u00a0738\u00a0194No nen\u00ed to kouzeln\u00e9? A kdy n\u00e1m vl\u00e1da Petra Fialy doveze uk\u00e1zat jako<br>vrchol pokroku topinkova\u010d?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsme se v \u010ceskoslovensku ml\u00e1tili o bony p\u0159i sh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed<br>d\u017e\u00ednov\u00e9 bundy z Tuzexu a p\u0159\u00edsahali v\u011brnost Sov\u011btsk\u00e9mu svazu, na<br>francouzsk\u00e9 koleje vyjel rychlovlak TGV. A hned trhl n\u011bkolik<br>rychlostn\u00edch rekord\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1989 jsme se prozvonili do kapitalistick\u00e9ho marasmu a rychlovlak<br>TGV byl ve Francii u\u017e osm let starou v\u0161ednost\u00ed. Po revoluci jsme se<br>m\u011bli hned vrhnout na Z\u00e1pad a do n\u011bkolika let p\u0159evz\u00edt jejich trendy<br>v doprav\u011b. Nejl\u00e9pe i s rychlovlaky. V tu dobu jsme m\u011bli ov\u0161em pln\u00e9<br>ruce toho, abychom p\u0159evedli v\u0161e st\u00e1tn\u00ed na soukrom\u00e9 a n\u00e1sledn\u011b na<br>soukrom\u00e9 zahrani\u010dn\u00ed. A jezdili jsme v motorov\u00e9m voze 810, kter\u00fd<br>jako hit socialistick\u00e9ho pokroku spat\u0159il sv\u011btlo sv\u011bta v roce 1975 a<br>kter\u00fdm, nutno dodat, jezd\u00edme \u010dasto doposud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Server AtlasLokomotiv.cz o motor\u00e1\u010dku 810 p\u00ed\u0161e: \u201eMotorov\u00e9 vozy<br>\u0159ady 810 jsou ur\u010deny pro lehkou osobn\u00ed dopravu na vedlej\u0161\u00edch<br>trat\u00edch, ale d\u00edky nedostatku modern\u00edch voz\u016f \u0159ady 842 a 843 jezd\u00ed<br>\u010dasto i na hlavn\u00edch trat\u00edch.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nekecaj\u00ed, v ned\u011bli jsem pobyla v D\u011b\u010d\u00edn\u011b. Hned vedle rychl\u00edku z<br>N\u011bmecka do Prahy st\u00e1l hrd\u011b motor\u00e1\u010dek 810. Lid\u00e9 z rychl\u00edku si<br>fotili raritu na vedlej\u0161\u00ed koleji na sv\u00e9 mobiln\u00ed telefony a lid\u00e9<br>sed\u00edc\u00ed v motorov\u00e9 rarit\u011b 810 se sna\u017eili skr\u00fdt, aby nebyli<br>zv\u011b\u010dn\u011bni v poni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed realit\u011b \u010desk\u00e9 \u017eeleznice roku 2022. Nic<br>proti motor\u00e1\u010dku 810, i j\u00e1 ho m\u00e1m r\u00e1da. Stav na\u0161\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 reality<br>ale ilustruje perfektn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale vra\u0165me se pokoutn\u011b do roku 2004. Na\u0161i \u017eeleznici st\u00e1le hrdinn\u011b<br>br\u00e1zd\u00ed motor\u00e1\u010dek a my vstupujeme do Evropsk\u00e9 unie. D\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1m to<br>toti\u017e nad\u011bji na jednotn\u00fd pokrok. Na to, \u017ee skute\u010dn\u011b pat\u0159\u00edme na<br>Z\u00e1pad i s jeho v\u00fdhodami a rychlovlaky. Bohu\u017eel doch\u00e1z\u00edme ke<br>zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee to nebude tak jednoduch\u00e9. Jedine\u010dnost spojen\u00ed<br>st\u00e1t\u016f prakticky cel\u00e9ho kontinentu nevede k tomu, \u017ee se propoj\u00edme<br>pro blaho obchodu i obyvatel do jedn\u00e9 velk\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b v\u00fdkonn\u00e9<br>\u017eeleznice a d\u00e1lnic, ale k tomu, \u017ee jen utu\u017e\u00edme na\u0161i pozici<br>kolonie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161i touhu do jedn\u00e9 v\u011bty shrnul v roce 2001 tehdej\u0161\u00ed<br>m\u00edstop\u0159edseda vl\u00e1dy Vladim\u00edr \u0160pidla: \u201e\u2026i ti nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed<br>pesimist\u00e9 jsou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee nejd\u00e9le do sedmi let od vstupu do<br>EU se p\u0159\u00edjmov\u00e1 hladina \u010desk\u00fdch obyvatel vyrovn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edjm\u016fm lid\u00ed v<br>SRN.\u201c A budeme jezdit rychlovlaky, dod\u00e1v\u00e1m. Za hodinu z Prahy do<br>V\u00eddn\u011b? Propojen\u00ed s celou Evropou? V\u0161echno kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 a perfektn\u00ed?<br>R\u00e1j, bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se r\u00e1j. Te\u010f je, jako i p\u0159ed vstupem \u010cR do EU,<br>p\u0159\u00edjmov\u00e1 hladina N\u011bmc\u016f n\u011bkolikan\u00e1sobn\u00e1 oproti t\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9. Ale k<br>jedn\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b do\u0161lo. U\u017e m\u00e1me stejn\u011b drah\u00e9 potraviny a dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed<br>energie, pohonn\u00e9 hmoty i plyn, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m N\u011bmci prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed za v\u00edce<br>ne\u017e trojn\u00e1sobek toho, za kolik ho koupili (toliko k unijn\u00ed<br>jednotnosti a solidarit\u011b). Aspo\u0148 v n\u011b\u010dem jsme u\u017eite\u010dn\u00ed. V idiotismu\u2026\u2026\u2026..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u017ee jsme na tom nejl\u00e9pe z v\u00fdchodoevropsk\u00fdch zem\u00ed? N\u00e1\u0161 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed<br>produkt roste? Jsme bohat\u0161\u00ed a bohat\u0161\u00ed? Ale naka\u0161lat na to. Jak<br>bohat\u0161\u00ed? To jde p\u0159esn\u011b vid\u011bt na sou\u010dasn\u00e9 krizi. M\u00e1me tady stovky<br>zahrani\u010dn\u00edch vlastn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed poh\u00e1dkov\u011b vyd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed na na\u0161\u00ed<br>blbosti, \u010d\u00edm\u017e n\u00e1m pap\u00edrov\u011b zvedaj\u00ed bohatstv\u00ed. Ale to n\u00e1sledn\u011b<br>odcestuje do domovsk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu majitele. Fialovo \u2013 pat\u0159\u00edme na<br>Z\u00e1pad \u2013 je tedy nutno trochu poupravit na \u2013 pat\u0159\u00edme Z\u00e1padu.<br>V\u0161echna ta neschopn\u00e1 a v\u0161eho schopn\u00e1 soldateska, kter\u00e1 si za<br>posledn\u00edch 30 let \u0159\u00edkala vl\u00e1da \u010cR, od Klause a Zemana, p\u0159es<br>\u0160pidlu, Paroubka, Topol\u00e1nka nebo Babi\u0161e, a\u017e po<br>sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho kabareti\u00e9ra Fialu-nejhor\u0161\u00ed vl\u00e1du v\u0161ech dob, se<br>p\u0159esn\u011b o tohle postarala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed prvn\u00ed republiky, kdy za pouh\u00fdch dvacet let<br>vznikli mohyk\u00e1ni \u010desk\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu i obchodu, te\u010f se to\u010d\u00edme v<br>koloni\u00e1ln\u00ed b\u0159e\u010dce u\u017e 30 let a p\u016fj\u010dujeme si 40 let star\u00e9 vlaky z<br>Francie, abychom je, my kroma\u0148onci z jeskyn\u00ed, mohli obdivovat jako<br>v\u00fdk\u0159ik pokroku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ipomenu slova ministra Kupky: \u201eChceme p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit lidi, \u017ee<br>rychlovlaky v \u010cesku nejsou jen vize, n\u011bjak\u00e9 vzdu\u0161n\u00e9 z\u00e1mky. Toto je<br>z\u00e1vazek pro \u010deskou vl\u00e1du, \u017ee vysokorychlostn\u00ed \u017eeleznice je sm\u011br,<br>kter\u00fdm chceme j\u00edt\u2026\u201c Ten z\u00e1vazek, mil\u00fd pane Kupko, p\u0159evzala<br>vl\u00e1da \u010cR p\u0159ed t\u0159iceti lety se zvon\u011bn\u00edm kl\u00ed\u010d\u016f p\u0159i revoluci.<br>Slibovat n\u011bco takov\u00e9ho po t\u0159iceti letech, kdy u\u017e si neum\u00edme<br>samostatn\u011b vyrobit ani cedn\u00edk na \u0161pagety, proto\u017ee u\u017e n\u00e1m tu nic<br>nepat\u0159\u00ed, je sm\u011b\u0161n\u00e9. Stra\u0161n\u011b sm\u011b\u0161n\u00e9. A\u017e v\u00fdsm\u011b\u0161n\u00e9.<br>Vyprodali jste republiku s p\u0159\u00edslibem, \u017ee se budeme m\u00edt jako N\u011bmci a<br>t\u00edm z n\u00e1s ud\u011blali kolonii, kter\u00e1 N\u011bmecku bude slou\u017eit do<br>roztrh\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla.
