J<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00fd je konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi palivem benz\u00edn E5 a E10?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na \u00favod je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed zm\u00ednit, \u017ee v roce 2018 zavedly evropsk\u00e9 zem\u011b<br>jednotn\u00e9 zna\u010den\u00ed paliv pro snadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed orientaci motorist\u016f v<br>sortimentu nab\u00edzen\u00fdch paliv doma a v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Jako palivo E10 je<br>ozna\u010dov\u00e1n automobilov\u00fd benz\u00edn, kter\u00fd obsahuje do 10 obj. % biolihu,<br>zat\u00edmco v benz\u00ednu E5 je biol\u00edh zastoupen do 5 obj. %. Zna\u010den\u00ed<br>benz\u00edn\u016f se v\u0161ak neodv\u00edj\u00ed pouze od pod\u00edlu biolihu, ale i od obsahu<br>kysl\u00edku. Jeho koncentrace v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b E10 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt do 3,7 hm. % a u<br>E5 do 2,7 hm. %. Kdykoliv benz\u00edn spln\u00ed i jen jednu z uveden\u00fdch<br>podm\u00ednek (bu\u010f obsah biolihu nebo obsah kysl\u00edku), pro kterou spad\u00e1 do<br>kategorie E10, mus\u00ed ho tak prodejce ozna\u010dit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b biol\u00edh m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v benz\u00ednu zastoupen i v podob\u011b ETBE<br>(ethyl terc-butylether), kter\u00fd m\u00e1 oproti biolihu zcela jin\u00e9 chemick\u00e9<br>vlastnosti, p\u0159esto\u017ee se z n\u011bho vyr\u00e1b\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podot\u00fdk\u00e1m, \u017ee nov\u00fd 95oktanov\u00fd benz\u00edn E10 distribuovan\u00fd z<br>kralupsk\u00e9 a litv\u00ednovsk\u00e9 rafinerie, kter\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inu<br>\u010desk\u00e9ho trhu, neobsahuje 10 obj. % biolihu. Jeho koncentrace se z<br>p\u016fvodn\u00edch cca 4,7 obj. % zv\u00fd\u0161ila na cca 7-8 obj. %. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161ak<br>obsahuje i ETBE v koncentraci 4-5 obj. %, kter\u00fd je p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1n zejm\u00e9na<br>pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edch parametr\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem ohro\u017euje p\u0159echod z E5 na E10 star\u00e9 a star\u0161\u00ed motory<br>a palivov\u00e9 soustavy a jak\u00e1 rizika hroz\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biol\u00edh obsa\u017een\u00fd ve standardn\u00edch 95oktanov\u00fdch benz\u00ednech je<br>rozpou\u0161t\u011bdlo, jeho\u017e p\u0159\u00edtomnost v benz\u00ednu vede k \u201evym\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed&#8220;<br>zm\u011bk\u010dovadel, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v hadi\u010dk\u00e1ch a t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00edch<br>palivov\u00e9 soustavy star\u00fdch vozidel. Absence zm\u011bk\u010dovadel zp\u016fsobuje<br>tvrdnut\u00ed plastov\u00fdch a pry\u017eov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek jejich<br>prask\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010c\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je koncentrace biolihu v palivu, t\u00edm proces degradace<br>prob\u00edh\u00e1 rychleji. Z uveden\u00e9ho je tedy z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee i p\u016fvodn\u00ed<br>benz\u00edn E5 obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed do 5 obj. % biolihu m\u011bl na palivov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my<br>nekompatibiln\u00edch vozidel degrada\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky, kter\u00e9 v\u0161ak ve<br>srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s nov\u00fdm benz\u00ednem E10 (max. 10 obj. % biolihu) prob\u00edhaly<br>pomaleji. Nejsem schopen ur\u010dit p\u0159esn\u00fd \u010das, proto\u017ee u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho<br>vozidla je p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd degrada\u010dn\u00ed proces individu\u00e1ln\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b<br>rozhodn\u011b neplat\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed star\u00e9ho 95oktanov\u00e9ho<br>benz\u00ednu E5 se po dobu 20 let nic nestalo a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nov\u00e9ho<br>benz\u00ednu E10 by nastal probl\u00e9m po jedn\u00e9 sez\u00f3n\u011b. Z m\u00e9ho pohledu<br>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed biolihu v benz\u00ednu o 3 obj. % nezp\u016fsob\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd razantn\u00ed<br>rozd\u00edl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zm\u00ednit, \u017ee i kdyby majitel veter\u00e1na tankoval po celou<br>dobu benz\u00edn bez biolihu, jak\u00e1koliv plastov\u00e1 nebo pry\u017eov\u00e1<br>sou\u010d\u00e1stka by i p\u0159esto mohla prasknout z d\u016fvodu jej\u00edho st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.<br>Proto i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nov\u00fdch vozidel motorist\u016fm doporu\u010duji pravideln\u00fd<br>servis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kter\u00fdch motor\u016f a jak\u00fdch typ\u016f se to t\u00fdk\u00e1? (nebo t\u0159eba v\u011bkov\u00fdch<br>kategori\u00ed, nebo materi\u00e1lu pou\u017eit\u00ed &#8211; nap\u0159. jestli to m\u00e1 vliv, pokud<br>u p\u0159edv\u00e1le\u010dn\u00fdch aut nejsou v palivov\u00e9 soustav\u011b \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 gumov\u00e9<br>hadice, pouze m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9 trubi\u010dky)<br>Zde si dovol\u00edm mal\u00e9 ok\u00e9nko do minulosti. Prudk\u00fd rozvoj motorismu na<br>po\u010d\u00e1tku 20. stolet\u00ed, a tedy i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 popt\u00e1vka po benz\u00ednu, se<br>razantn\u011b prom\u00edtly do jeho ceny. V roce 1904-1906 se cena benz\u00ednu v<br>cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zdvojn\u00e1sobila. V roce 1913 st\u00e1l litr benz\u00ednu<br>72 hal\u00e9\u0159\u016f (nafta byla k m\u00e1n\u00ed za 28 hal\u00e9\u0159\u016f\/litr).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po 1. sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lce bylo nutn\u00e9 nal\u00e9zt v\u00fdchodisko z hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9<br>nouze. Jako levn\u00e1 alternativa k benz\u00ednu se zavedly lihobenz\u00ednov\u00e9<br>sm\u011bsi (l\u00edh byl vyr\u00e1b\u011bn z brambor a cukrov\u00e9 t\u0159tiny). Nen\u00ed divu,<br>nebo\u0165 ji\u017e za Rakouska-Uherska bylo na na\u0161em \u00fazem\u00ed lihovarnictv\u00ed<br>velice roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1923 byly zalo\u017eeny 2 podniky pro obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed s lihem<br>(Dru\u017estvo hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch lihovar\u016f a Svaz \u010desk\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch<br>lihovar\u016f), kter\u00e9 pod z\u00e1\u0161titou ministerstva financ\u00ed prosadily<br>povinn\u00e9 p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ethanolu do benz\u00ednu. Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00edm<br>palivem byl Dynalkol (50 % l\u00edh, 30 % benz\u00edn a 20 % benzol).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do po\u010d\u00e1tku 30. let lihobenz\u00ednov\u00e9 sm\u011bsi \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b konkurovaly<br>benz\u00ednu (v celkov\u00e9m objemu spot\u0159ebovan\u00fdch paliv zauj\u00edmaly 1\/5).<br>Postupn\u011b se v\u0161ak jejich vyu\u017eit\u00ed sni\u017eovalo a po\u010d\u00e1tkem 50. let<br>t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zcela ust\u00e1lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch informac\u00ed je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee Pragovky,<br>Laurinky, Aerovky, Waltrovky atd. v letech sv\u00e9 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sl\u00e1vy s<br>nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed jezdily pr\u00e1v\u011b na lihobenz\u00ednov\u00e9<br>sm\u011bsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee je palivov\u00e1 soustava tvo\u0159ena pouze m\u011bd\u011bn\u00fdmi<br>trubi\u010dkami, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed obsah biolihu v benz\u00ednu nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 jsou mo\u017en\u00e9 cesty tato rizika sn\u00ed\u017eit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motorist\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed se cht\u011bj\u00ed standardn\u00edmu biolihu vyhnout,<br>doporu\u010duji tankovat n\u00e1\u0161 pr\u00e9miov\u00fd benz\u00edn Verva 100, kter\u00fd \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd<br>p\u0159idan\u00fd biol\u00edh neobsahuje a je \u010dist\u011b zalo\u017een na b\u00e1zi ETBE (ethyl<br>terc-butylether).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro uji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed podot\u00fdk\u00e1m, \u017ee Verva 100 je na v\u00fddejn\u00edch stojanech<br>sice ozna\u010dena symbolem E10, nicm\u00e9n\u011b zna\u010den\u00ed benz\u00ednu se neodv\u00edj\u00ed<br>pouze od pod\u00edlu biolihu, ale i od obsahu kysl\u00edku. Aditivac\u00ed ETBE,<br>kter\u00fd je kysl\u00edkatou slou\u010deninou, se ve Verv\u011b 100 posunula<br>koncentrace kysl\u00edku nad 2,7 hm. % (z\u00e1rove\u0148 nep\u0159esahuje 3,7 hm. %), a<br>proto se mus\u00ed ozna\u010dovat symbolem E10, i kdy\u017e neobsahuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd<br>p\u0159idan\u00fd biol\u00edh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mo\u017en\u00e1 takov\u00e1 obecn\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka, kterou po\u0159\u00e1d v\u0161ichni \u0159e\u0161\u00ed &#8211;<br>pou\u017e\u00edvat rad\u0161i 95 nebo 100?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>v\u011b\u010dn\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka motorist\u016f J<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U paliva je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed si polo\u017eit ot\u00e1zku, zda ho motor dok\u00e1\u017ee<br>vyu\u017e\u00edt? Verva 100 je vysoce odoln\u00e1 v\u016f\u010di klep\u00e1n\u00ed, a tud\u00ed\u017e je<br>vhodn\u00e1 pro motory s vysok\u00fdm kompresn\u00edm pom\u011brem, kter\u00e9 jsou na<br>vyu\u017eit\u00ed paliva efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Standardn\u00ed motory vysok\u00e9 oktanov\u00e9<br>\u010d\u00edslo nevyu\u017eij\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uv\u011bdomme si, jak\u00e9 benz\u00edny a s jak\u00fdm oktanov\u00fdm \u010d\u00edslem byly<br>nab\u00edzeny na \u010derpac\u00edch stanic\u00edch p\u0159ed 100 lety.<br>Nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed benz\u00edn ve 20. a 30. letech dosahoval oktanov\u00e9ho<br>\u010d\u00edsla 60, n\u011bkter\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti jako nap\u0159. Fanto nab\u00edzely<br>70oktanov\u00fd benz\u00edn. Proto z hlediska oktanov\u00e9ho po\u017eadavku sta\u010d\u00ed pro<br>veter\u00e1ny s dostate\u010dnou rezervou benz\u00edn s oktanov\u00fdm \u010d\u00edslem 95.<br>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b veter\u00e1nist\u016fm doporu\u010duji tankovat v\u00fdhradn\u011b 100oktanov\u00e9<br>(98oktanov\u00e9) pr\u00e9miov\u00e9 benz\u00edny, kter\u00e9 neobsahuj\u00ed biol\u00edh, ale jsou<br>zalo\u017eeny pouze na b\u00e1zi ETBE (ethyl terc-butylether). Hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou<br>ETBE oproti biolihu je, \u017ee nep\u016fsob\u00ed agresivn\u011b na nekompatibiln\u00ed<br>plastov\u00e9 a pry\u017eov\u00e9 d\u00edly a nev\u00e1\u017ee vzdu\u0161nou vlhkost, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se<br>prodlu\u017euje skladovatelnost paliva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zejm\u00e9na pr\u00e9miov\u00e9 palivo Verva 100 ze s\u00edt\u011b \u010derpac\u00edch stanic ORLEN<br>disponuje bal\u00ed\u010dkem aditiv pro podporu \u010dist\u00edc\u00edch schopnost\u00ed v<br>motorech s p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm i nep\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00edm. \u010cist\u00edc\u00ed<br>schopnosti Vervy 100 v motoru s p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00edm naleznete pod<br>odkazem&nbsp;<a>https:\/\/www.orlenbenz\u00edna.cz\/paliva\/verva<\/a>&nbsp;[3]. Jej\u00ed p\u0159ednost\u00ed je i n\u00edzk\u00fd obsah olefin\u016f,<br>kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed tendenci polymerovat a vytv\u00e1\u0159et prysky\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fasady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edloze je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ikl\u00e1d\u00e1m \u010dl\u00e1nek, kter\u00fd na podzim vy\u0161el v<br>AutoTip Klassik t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se zazimov\u00e1n\u00ed veter\u00e1n\u016f (m\u016f\u017ee se<br>hodit). J A co se t\u00fd\u010de vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teploty spalov\u00e1n\u00ed u 100 oktanov\u00fdch<br>benz\u00edn\u016f, tak to nen\u00ed pravda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160irok\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost si \u010dasto mysl\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00e1 benz\u00edn<br>oktanov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo, t\u00edm je v\u00fdkonn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, zaji\u0161\u0165uje ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed<br>spot\u0159ebu, p\u0159i spalov\u00e1n\u00ed vykazuje vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teploty, nebo dokonce \u017ee<br>rychleji ho\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oktanov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo benz\u00ednu vyjad\u0159uje odolnost jeho sm\u011bsi se vzduchem<br>proti samoz\u00e1pal\u016fm, jejich\u017e projevem jsou vibrace motoru (tzv.<br>klep\u00e1n\u00ed). Oktanov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo benz\u00ednu odpov\u00edd\u00e1 objemov\u00e9mu<br>procentu\u00e1ln\u00edmu obsahu izooktanu (2,2,4-trimethylpentan) v jeho sm\u011bsi<br>s n-heptanem, kter\u00e1 je stejn\u011b odoln\u00e1 proti samoz\u00e1pal\u016fm jako<br>zkouman\u00fd benz\u00edn. Nap\u0159\u00edklad oktanov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo 95 znamen\u00e1, \u017ee<br>benz\u00edn je stejn\u011b odoln\u00fd proti samoz\u00e1pal\u016fm jako sm\u011bs skl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed<br>se z 95 obj. % izooktanu a 5 obj. % heptanu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zm\u00ednit, \u017ee hodnota oktanov\u00e9ho \u010d\u00edsla nen\u00ed<br>konstantn\u00ed, nebo\u0165 je z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na provozn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch motoru.<br>Oktanov\u00e1 \u010d\u00edsla v obchodn\u00edch n\u00e1zvech benz\u00edn\u016f u \u010derpac\u00edch stanic<br>odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed oktanov\u00fdm \u010d\u00edsl\u016fm, kter\u00e1 byla nam\u011b\u0159ena tzv.<br>v\u00fdzkumnou metodou. D\u00e1le se je\u0161t\u011b oktanov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo standardn\u011b<br>stanovuje tzv. motorovou metodou, kter\u00e1 se od v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 li\u0161\u00ed<br>zejm\u00e9na v ot\u00e1\u010dk\u00e1ch motoru a p\u0159edstihu z\u00e1\u017eehu. Hodnocen\u00ed benz\u00edn\u016f pomoc\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 a motorov\u00e9<br>metody \u010dasto neodpov\u00eddalo chov\u00e1n\u00ed v provozu, proto\u017ee provozn\u00ed<br>podm\u00ednky jsou mnohem rozmanit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Proto byly zavedeny metodiky pro<br>stanoven\u00ed tzv. silni\u010dn\u00edho oktanov\u00e9ho \u010d\u00edsla. V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b se<br>v\u0161ak motory samy chr\u00e1n\u00ed proti klep\u00e1n\u00ed a jeho \u0161kodliv\u00fdm vliv\u016fm, a<br>proto se ji\u017e p\u0159i v\u00fdvoji i hodnocen\u00ed kvality benz\u00edn\u016f pracuje a\u017e na<br>v\u00fdjimky pouze s v\u00fdzkumnou a motorovou metodou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u011bs par benz\u00ednu se vzduchem ve stechiometrick\u00e9m (\u201eide\u00e1ln\u00edm&#8220;)<br>pom\u011bru ho\u0159\u00ed za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch podm\u00ednek rychlost\u00ed asi 45 cm\/s<br>(p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejn\u011b rychle se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed plamen p\u0159i ho\u0159en\u00ed benz\u00ednu<br>rozlit\u00e9ho na podlaze) a je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nez\u00e1visl\u00e1 na uhlovod\u00edkov\u00e9m<br>slo\u017een\u00ed a oktanov\u00e9m \u010d\u00edsle!
