P\u0159\u00edb\u011bh uhl\u00ed, na jeho\u017e spalov\u00e1n\u00ed byla postavena cel\u00e1 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 revoluce, rozhodn\u011b nen\u00ed jen \u010dern\u00fd. Nejsp\u00ed\u0161 tak skon\u010dilo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u010dtvrt tisicilet\u00ed trvaj\u00edc\u00ed obdob\u00ed rozmachu t\u011b\u017eby a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby na Ostravsku, kter\u00e9 bylo nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed oblast\u00ed t\u011b\u017eby uhl\u00ed a \u010dern\u00e9 metalurgie ji\u017e za dob Rakouska-Uherska. Pak se Ostravsko stalo \u201eocelov\u00fdm srdcem\u201d \u010ceskoslovenska a t\u00edm bylo i v prvn\u00edch 25 letech existence samostatn\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co se tedy stalo za posledn\u00edch deset let, \u017ee toto ocelov\u00e9 srdce na\u0161\u00ed, a\u017e doposud pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 zem\u011b, za\u010dalo ch\u0159adnout a dnes jsme mo\u017en\u00e1 sv\u011bdky jeho posledn\u00edch k\u0159e\u010dovit\u00fdch stah\u016f? Byly z\u00e1soby t\u00e9to cenn\u00e9 suroviny, kter\u00e1 se d\u0159\u00edve naz\u00fdvala \u201e\u010dern\u00fdm zlatem\u201d, vyt\u011b\u017eeny tak, \u017ee u\u017e nem\u00e1me \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed? Nikoliv, na Ostravsku, kde se v \u010cR vyskytuje to nejkvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010dern\u00e9 uhl\u00ed, je pod zem\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b celkov\u00e1 z\u00e1soba zhruba 10 miliard tun \u010dern\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed (tzv. geologick\u00e9 z\u00e1soby).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zhruba 2 miliardy tun z t\u011bchto z\u00e1sob, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v Ostravsko \u2013 Karvinsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti hornoslezsk\u00e9 uheln\u00e9 p\u00e1nve, lze st\u00e1le (dle moment\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdvoje sv\u011btov\u00fdch cen) ekonomicky smysluplnn\u011b a bez st\u0159etu z\u00e1jm\u016f vyt\u011b\u017eit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cms.parlamentnilisty.cz\/edition_files\/uploaded-images\/t%C4%9B%C5%BEba%20uhl%C3%AD.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dob\u00fdvac\u00ed kombajn v \u010dernouheln\u00e9 sloji na dole \u010cSM<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z dolu \u010cSM ve Stonav\u011b byl p\u0159ed n\u011bkolika dny vyvezen za zvuku hudby a v nostalgick\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9\u0159e posledn\u00ed voz\u00edk koksovateln\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed, pro EU kritick\u00e9, v podstat\u011b nedostatkov\u00e9 a na importu z\u00e1visl\u00e9 suroviny. M\u011bli bychom si to zapamatovat jako dal\u0161\u00ed miln\u00edk na cest\u011b k na\u0161\u00ed deindustrializaci a ztr\u00e1t\u011b surovinov\u00e9 a energetick\u00e9 nez\u00e1vislosti. Pr\u00fd se t\u011b\u017eba nevypl\u00e1c\u00ed, a\u010dkoliv je\u0161t\u011b v r. 2023 OKD vyt\u011b\u017eilo 1,9 mil. tun uhl\u00ed a vyd\u011blalo 2,9 miliardy K\u010d. V r. 2024 to pak bylo 1,2 mil. tun uhl\u00ed se ziskem cca. 0,4 mld. K\u010d. Klesla cena uhl\u00ed koksovateln\u00e9ho i energetick\u00e9ho \u2013 mus\u00ed se z\u00e1rove\u0148 t\u011b\u017eit oba typy, proto\u017ee se ve sloj\u00edch obvykle vyskytuj\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00e9m pom\u011bru spolu, tak\u017ee v r. 2025 byla t\u011b\u017eba v OKD ztr\u00e1tov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale v novodob\u00e9 historii Ostravsk\u00fdch a Karvinsk\u00fdch dol\u016f, tedy po r. 1989, se st\u0159\u00eddalo v\u017edy n\u011bkolik let v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u00fdch a n\u011bkolik let prod\u011ble\u010dn\u00fdch. V letech 2013 a 2014 t\u011b\u017eily OKD n\u011bco mezi 10 a 11 miliony tun uhl\u00ed v dolech \u010cSM, Paskov a Darkov. Pak do\u0161lo k p\u00e1du cen na sv\u011btov\u00fdch trz\u00edch a poklesu mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u011b\u017een\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed \u201ea\u017e\u201d na \u00farove\u0148 8 mil. tun uhl\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Definitivn\u00ed konec t\u011b\u017eby p\u0159i\u0161el m\u00e1lem ji\u017e v letech. 2016\u20132017, je\u0161t\u011b za hospoda\u0159en\u00ed Zde\u0148ka Bakaly, velk\u00e9ho dobrodince cel\u00e9ho Ostravska. Ten, kdy\u017e bylo uhl\u00ed v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u00e9, vy\u017ed\u00edmal z OKD co mohl, a kdy\u017e zrovna vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat p\u0159estalo (sv\u011btov\u00e9 ceny se propadly), prodal zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm OKD st\u0159echu nad hlavou a pak ode\u0161el st\u0159edem. P\u00e1n\u011b Bakalovu po\u010d\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed politici jen p\u0159ihl\u00ed\u017eeli. OKD se dostalo do insolvence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed ceny uhl\u00ed op\u011bt vzrostly a v\u011b\u0159itel\u00e9 schv\u00e1lili pl\u00e1n reorganizace. Tehdy je\u0161t\u011b st\u00e1t situaci zachr\u00e1nil p\u0159evodem zadlu\u017een\u00e9ho OKD na st\u00e1tn\u00ed spole\u010dnost Prisco. P\u0159esto v t\u011bchto krizov\u00fdch letech OKD t\u011b\u017eily st\u00e1le p\u0159es 5 milion\u016f tun koksovateln\u00e9ho a kvalitn\u00edho \u010dern\u00e9ho energetick\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b. Byl sice uzav\u0159en d\u016fl Paskov i s \u00fapravnou vyt\u011b\u017een\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed, ale t\u011b\u017eba d\u00e1le prob\u00edhala na dolech \u010cSM, \u010cSA a Darkov. OKD byly v tu dobu st\u00e1le d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm dodavatelem pro spole\u010dnosti Arcelor Mittal (pozd\u011bli Liberty Ostrava), Moravia Steel (T\u0159ineck\u00e9 \u017eelez\u00e1rny), ale i pro U.S. Steel Ko\u0161ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V r. 2021 za\u010dala energetick\u00e1 krize, kter\u00e1 se je\u0161t\u011b prohloubila v\u00e1lkou na Ukrajin\u011b, kter\u00e1 za\u010dala o rok pozd\u011bji. Ceny uhl\u00ed op\u011bt vzrostly a OKD slu\u0161n\u011b vyd\u011bl\u00e1valo. I p\u0159esto se t\u011b\u017eba uhl\u00ed rok od roku sni\u017eovala, a\u017e byla letos definitivn\u011b ukon\u010dena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co se tedy stalo, \u017ee se t\u011b\u017eba uhl\u00ed p\u0159estala vypl\u00e1cet, a nav\u00edc zejm\u00e9na o energetick\u00e9 uhl\u00ed p\u0159estal b\u00fdt z\u00e1jem. Na ja\u0159e r. 2025 byla uzav\u0159ena elektr\u00e1rna D\u011btmarovice o v\u00fdkonu 800 MW, kter\u00e1 spalovala \u010dern\u00e9 uhl\u00ed, a to a\u017e 1 mil. tun ro\u010dn\u011b. Hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem byl r\u016fst ceny emisn\u00edch povolenek ETS 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kv\u016fli nim se p\u0159estala vypl\u00e1cet v\u00fdroba elektrick\u00e9 i tepeln\u00e9 energie i dal\u0161\u00edm odb\u011bratel\u016fm, nejen elektr\u00e1rn\u011b D\u011btmarovice. Cena t\u011bchto povolenek (ETS-1), kter\u00e9 jsou jednou z hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din drah\u00fdch energi\u00ed a klesaj\u00edc\u00ed nejen konkurenceschopnosti, ale v\u016fbec \u017eivotaschopnosti na\u0161eho pr\u016fmyslu, vzrostla od r. 2020 z \u00farovn\u011b 20 \u2013 30 EUR\/t a\u017e na 100 EUR\/t v r. 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes se cena povolenek pohybuje na \u00farovni 80 EUR\/t. Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed t\u00edm byl za velmi potupn\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed ukon\u010den provoz vysok\u00fdch pec\u00ed v Liberty Ostrava, kter\u00e1 ro\u010dn\u011b spot\u0159ebov\u00e1vala miliony tun koksovateln\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed. Posledn\u00ed majitel, mistr Gupta, vyvedl mimo \u010cR emisn\u00ed povolenky v hodnot\u011b 5 miliard K\u010d, st\u00e1tu nesplatil dluh ve v\u00fd\u0161i 1,2 miliardy K\u010d a po anglicku zmizel. Odbor\u00e1\u0159i z Liberty Ostrava dlouho upozor\u0148ovali veden\u00ed MPO i celou vl\u00e1du na to, jak\u00fdm sm\u011brem se situace ub\u00edr\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A jak\u00e1 byla reakce vl\u00e1dy na vol\u00e1n\u00ed o pomoc, kdy\u017e je\u0161t\u011b bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 zas\u00e1hnout? V\u00fdsm\u011bch. Pan tehdej\u0161\u00ed ministr pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu S\u00edkela (STAN) se pr\u00fd dal sly\u0161et, \u017ee kdy\u017e Liberty Ostrava zkrachuje, u\u0161et\u0159\u00edme spoustu emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub>, co\u017e se jist\u011b bude v Bruselu l\u00edbit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee se panu exministrovi tato nehor\u00e1znost vyplatila a z\u00edskal v Bruselu lukrativn\u011b placen\u00e9 m\u00edsto eurokomisa\u0159e, na kter\u00e9 si d\u011blal ji\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu z\u00e1lusk. Co na tom, \u017ee tis\u00edce zam\u011bstnanc\u016f Liberty Ostrava ztratili pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta. Co na tom, \u017ee nez\u00e1vislost a sob\u011bsta\u010dnost \u010cR se d\u00e1le zhor\u0161ily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-obslu-n-rutina-k-du-pro-vlo-en wp-block-embed-obslu-n-rutina-k-du-pro-vlo-en\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/youtube.com\/watch?v=4Ek2oA_gZvE%3Fsi%3DDQ9QjyAd5kviYirU\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z d\u016fsledk\u016f t\u011bchto ud\u00e1lost\u00ed je i sou\u010dasn\u00e9 ukon\u010den\u00ed t\u011b\u017eby \u010dern\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed. To znamen\u00e1 ztr\u00e1tu dal\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst zam\u011bstnanc\u016f OKD a nav\u00e1zan\u00fdch profes\u00ed. Region p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed o svoji tradi\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fmyslovou identitu, co\u017e vy\u017eaduje obt\u00ed\u017enou struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159estavbu ekonomiky regionu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00datlum t\u011b\u017eby uhl\u00ed v OKD m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd dopad na provoz elektr\u00e1ren, tepl\u00e1ren a v\u00fdtopen v regionu, kter\u00e9 byly z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na m\u00edstn\u00edm uhl\u00ed. Tyto dom\u00e1c\u00ed zdroje maj\u00ed b\u00fdt nahrazeny plynov\u00fdmi. V sou\u010dasnosti je nap\u0159\u00edklad elektr\u00e1rna D\u011btmarovice p\u0159estavov\u00e1na na spalov\u00e1n\u00ed plynu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto zdroje ale budou spalovat m\u00edsto dom\u00e1c\u00edho uhl\u00ed dovezen\u00fd zemn\u00ed plyn. T\u00edm se zhor\u0161\u00ed (m\u00edsto aby se omezovala) dovozn\u00ed z\u00e1vislost \u010cR. V\u0161ichni si pamatujeme, co se stalo, kdy\u017e na za\u010d\u00e1tku energetick\u00e9 krize v r. 2021 plyn skokov\u011b zdra\u017eil. A to n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee potkat znova. Jen u\u017e nep\u016fjde odd\u011blit cena elektrick\u00e9 energie od ceny plynu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nen\u00ed zav\u0159\u00edt, jako zav\u0159\u00edt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od minul\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy, kter\u00e1 rozhodn\u011b nebrala na z\u0159etel z\u00e1jmy ob\u010dan\u016f t\u00e9to zem\u011b a c\u00edlev\u011bdom\u011b pod z\u00e1minkou dekarbonizace likvidovala dom\u00e1c\u00ed pr\u016fmyslovou z\u00e1kladnu, se vlastn\u011b ani nedalo \u010dekat nic jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e v\u00fdsm\u011bch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hor\u0161\u00ed je, \u017ee vl\u00e1da sou\u010dasn\u00e1, zejm\u00e9na pak p\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 hnut\u00ed ANO, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ed volbami na Ostravsku hl\u00e1sali, \u017ee necht\u011bj\u00ed, aby byla t\u011b\u017eba \u010dern\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed ukon\u010dena, opatrn\u011b oto\u010dili. To v\u00edte, udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bch dol\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed a \u010derp\u00e1ni d\u016fln\u00edch vod je n\u00e1kladn\u00e9. Ona je ta t\u011b\u017eba ztr\u00e1tov\u00e1, ono o to uhl\u00ed nen\u00ed z\u00e1jem, tak to bude p\u0159ece jen lep\u0161\u00ed zav\u0159\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale ono nen\u00ed zav\u0159\u00edt jako zav\u0159\u00edt. Ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed pl\u00e1n je, doly zasypat, p\u0159estat \u010derpat d\u016fln\u00ed vody a nechat je zatopit. Za likvidaci \u0161achet zaplat\u00edme Diamu zhruba 1,6 miliardy korun, ale pak se k uhl\u00ed u\u017e nikdy nedostaneme, i kdybychom v budoucnu cht\u011bli. Vyu\u017eijeme je\u0161t\u011b trochu d\u016fln\u00edho (v podstat\u011b zemn\u00edho) plynu, kter\u00fd bude voda ze sloj\u00ed p\u0159i zat\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed vypuzovat, co\u017e potrv\u00e1 asi tak 10 \u2013 12 let, a pak zapome\u0148te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nav\u00edc zna\u010dn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st dob\u00fdvac\u00edch prostor\u016f nad lo\u017eisky \u010dern\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e je jejich spr\u00e1vcem OKD, Diamo nebo \u010cGS, byla za velmi zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edch okolnost\u00ed p\u0159evedena na spole\u010dnost Green Gas DPB, kter\u00e1 je spojov\u00e1na s ostravsk\u00fdm filantropem Zde\u0148kem Bakalou \u2013 dal\u0161\u00ed pol\u00ed\u010dek do tv\u00e1\u0159e b\u00fdval\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f OKD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro\u010d je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 udr\u017eet p\u0159\u00edstup k \u010dern\u00e9mu uhl\u00ed a udr\u017eovat zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161achty OKD?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zapome\u0148me alespo\u0148 do\u010dasn\u011b na Bakalu, stejn\u011b by n\u00e1m jenom \u201ejit\u0159il \u017elu\u010d\u201d, a pod\u00edvejme se na situaci v Ostravsko \u2013 Karvinsk\u00e9m rev\u00edru nezaujat\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V sou\u010dasnosti se t\u011b\u017eba uhl\u00ed nevypl\u00e1c\u00ed a zat\u00edm jej lze za p\u0159ijateln\u00e9 ceny dov\u00e1\u017eet z Polska nebo dokonce z Austr\u00e1lie a Kanady. D\u0159\u00edve se dov\u00e1\u017eelo i z Ruska a Ukrajiny, ale s t\u011bmito zdroji se v sou\u010dasnosti po\u010d\u00edtat ned\u00e1. V\u011bt\u0161ina horn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed ke konci t\u011b\u017eby pracovali v OKD ji\u017e nebyli ob\u010dan\u00e9 \u010cR, ale Polska, tak\u017ee k velk\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu nezam\u011bstnanosti u\u017e nedojde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro\u010d je tedy tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 udr\u017eet do budoucna p\u0159\u00edstup k \u010dern\u00e9mu uhl\u00ed, udr\u017eovat \u0161achty a zachovat do budoucna potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enost obnoven\u00ed jeho t\u011b\u017eby? D\u016fvod\u016f je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Nepostradatelnost koksovateln\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed pro v\u00fdrobu \u017eeleza a oceli<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bez koksovateln\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed (nebo levn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f zemn\u00edho plynu) nelze ekonomicky efektivn\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bt \u017eelezo ani uhl\u00edkat\u00e9 oceli, kter\u00e9 jsou v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 technick\u00e9 praxi nepostradateln\u00e9. Ze \u0161rotu, jak dne\u0161n\u00ed zelen\u00ed kazatel\u00e9 navrhuj\u00ed, se ned\u00e1 spousta typ\u016f oceli vyrobit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ani \u0161rotu nen\u00ed dost a jeho cena poroste. V\u00fdroba \u017eeleza p\u0159\u00edmou redukc\u00ed ze \u017eelezn\u00e9 rudy vod\u00edkem je zhruba 2 x dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e pomoc\u00ed redukce uhl\u00edkat\u00fdmi \u010dinidly. To pr\u00fd v budoucnu \u201enaprav\u00ed\u201d r\u016fst ceny emisn\u00edch povolenek&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jenom\u017ee v\u00fdroba \u017eeleza redukovan\u00e9ho vod\u00edkem m\u00e1 krom\u011b vysok\u00e9 spot\u0159eby elektrick\u00e9 energie na v\u00fdrobu vod\u00edku i dal\u0161\u00ed technick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1 Vod\u00edkem p\u0159\u00edmo redukovan\u00e9 \u017eelezo (DRI) neobsahuje t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd uhl\u00edk (C), co\u017e zvy\u0161uje bod t\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dist\u00e9ho \u017eeleza (cca 1535 \u00b0C) oproti uhl\u00edkem nasycen\u00e9mu \u017eelezu. To vy\u017eaduje vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebu elektrick\u00e9 energie na taven\u00ed a komplikace p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b zaveden\u00fdch zna\u010dek ocel\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2 Aby se zabr\u00e1nilo oxidaci a korozi DRI b\u011bhem p\u0159epravy, mus\u00ed se DRI pasivovat &#8211; lisovat za tepla (Hot Briquetted Iron &#8211; HBI), co\u017e zvy\u0161uje energetickou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost v\u00fdroby, nebo skladovat a transportovat v inertn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9\u0159e. Nav\u00edc vod\u00edk, kter\u00fd z\u016fstane v DRI, m\u016f\u017ee difundovat do struktury oceli a zp\u016fsobit vod\u00edkovou k\u0159ehkost (embrittlement) a vznik trhlin v za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, co\u017e vy\u017eaduje specifick\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3 Vod\u00edkov\u00e1 redukce vy\u017eaduje velmi kvalitn\u00ed peletizovanou rudu (tzv. DR-grade) s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem hlu\u0161iny (ne\u010distot), co\u017e omezuje a prodra\u017euje zdroje surovin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.4 P\u0159i vysok\u00e9m pod\u00edlu DRI ve vs\u00e1zce do ocel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch pec\u00ed hroz\u00ed vznik pevn\u00fdch, neroztaven\u00fdch shluk\u016f, kter\u00e9 sni\u017euj\u00ed produktivitu a prodlu\u017euj\u00ed dobu tavby. Kv\u016fli vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu obsahu FeO ve strusce a del\u0161\u00edmu \u010dasu taven\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed k rychlej\u0161\u00ed degradaci vyzd\u00edvky pece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyjmenovat bychom mohli i dal\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my p\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed DRI na r\u016fzn\u00e9 zna\u010dky ocel\u00ed. Tyto probl\u00e9my, spolu s energetickou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost\u00ed a vysokou cenou vod\u00edku jsou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou, \u017ee oceli vyroben\u00e9 na b\u00e1zi DRI maj\u00ed zhruba 4 x vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cenu ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed uhl\u00edkem (koksem) redukovan\u00fdm \u017eelezem. \u010casto sl\u00fdch\u00e1me tak\u00e9 argument, \u017ee v \u010c\u00edn\u011b se ro\u010dn\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u00ed u\u017e 1 milion tun \u017eeleza pomoc\u00ed vod\u00edku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesm\u00edme zapomenout, \u017ee se v t\u00e9to zemi vyr\u00e1b\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed 1 miliarda tun \u017eeleza pomoc\u00ed redukce koksem. A v \u010cR je\u0161t\u011b ned\u00e1vno vyr\u00e1b\u011bly jak T\u0159ineck\u00e9 \u017eelez\u00e1rny, tak Liberty Ostrava dohromady ro\u010dn\u011b 6 milion\u016f tun \u017eeleza (pota\u017emo oceli). Dnes vyr\u00e1b\u00ed T\u0159ineck\u00e9 \u017eelez\u00e1rny, posledn\u00ed podnik sv\u00e9ho druhu v \u010cR, ro\u010dn\u011b celkem 1,5 milionu tun \u017eeleza. Na pr\u016fmyslovou zemi s rozvinut\u00fdm stroj\u00edrensk\u00fdm, automobilov\u00fdm a zbrojn\u00edm pr\u016fmyslem dost smutn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kv\u016fli emisn\u00edm povolenk\u00e1m a vysok\u00fdm cen\u00e1m elektrick\u00e9 energie se i p\u0159es zlev\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed ceny koksovateln\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed v\u00fdroba \u017eeleza a oceli p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 vypl\u00e1cet. Za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed se dov\u00e1\u017eet ocelov\u00e9 polotovary (sochory \u2013 tzv. bramy, kulatina atd.) dokonce z Bahrajnu, Ji\u017en\u00ed Koreje, \u010c\u00edny atp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 zem\u011b pot\u0159ebuje vlastn\u00ed a dostate\u010dn\u011b velk\u00e9 zdroje z\u00e1kladn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dal\u0161\u00edho zhor\u0161en\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch vztah\u016f budeme mo\u017en\u00e1 u\u017e v nedalek\u00e9 budoucnosti r\u00e1di za vlastn\u00ed zdroje \u010dern\u00e9ho, zejm\u00e9na koksovateln\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159em\u011bna \u010dern\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed na metan (zemn\u00ed plyn)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011b\u017eba d\u016fln\u00edho zemn\u00edho plynu (metanu), sorbovan\u00e9ho v uheln\u00fdch sloj\u00edch je\u0161t\u011b z procesu jejich vzniku, m\u00e1 jen omezenou \u017eivotnost a po relativn\u011b kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b (cca 10 let) se tyto z\u00e1soby plynu vy\u010derpaj\u00ed. V budoucnu je v\u0161ak mo\u017en\u00e9 prov\u00e1d\u011bt \u0159\u00edzenou anaerobn\u00ed mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed metanizaci uheln\u00fdch sloj\u00ed a \u010derpat novotvo\u0159en\u00fd metan po dobu n\u011bkolika dal\u0161\u00edch desetilet\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zku\u0161enosti z takov\u00e9hoto projektu mohou do budoucna umo\u017enit vyu\u017eit\u00ed z\u00e1sob \u010dern\u00e9ho i hn\u011bd\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed i v dal\u0161\u00edch lokalit\u00e1ch, a to v\u010detn\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti z\u00e1sob v\u00e1zan\u00fdch a nebilan\u010dn\u00edch, a to environment\u00e1ln\u011b velmi p\u0159ijateln\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem (na rozd\u00edl od star\u0161\u00edch technologi\u00ed, nap\u0159. podzemn\u00ed such\u00e9 destilace uhl\u00ed in situ atp.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee z 1 kg uhl\u00ed (podle typu a kvality) lze vytvo\u0159it 0,35 m<sup>3<\/sup>&nbsp;a\u017e 0,65 m<sup>3<\/sup>&nbsp;zemn\u00edho plynu, tak by tato technologie mohla v budoucnu na pom\u011brn\u011b dlouhou dobu sn\u00ed\u017eit z\u00e1vislost \u010desk\u00e9 energetiky na dovozu zemn\u00edho plynu ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed a efektivn\u011b a ekologicky \u0161etrn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00fdch z\u00e1sob uhl\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v \u010cR doposud m\u00e1me k dispozici. Jedn\u00e1 se potenci\u00e1ln\u011b o biliony kubick\u00fdch metr\u016f plynu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K t\u00e9to technologii se ale mus\u00ed nach\u00e1zet uheln\u00e9 sloje nad hladinou d\u016fln\u00edch vod, proto\u017ee k efektivn\u00ed mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed metanizaci je nezbytn\u00e9 udr\u017eovat ur\u010d\u00edt\u00fd \u0159\u00edzen\u00fd pr\u016fsak vody uheln\u00fdmi slojemi. To je dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fvod, pro\u010d zachovat \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fln\u00edch vod v Ostravsko \u2013 Karvinsk\u00e9m rev\u00edru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cms.parlamentnilisty.cz\/edition_files\/uploaded-images\/mikrobi%C3%A1ln%C3%AD%20uhl%C3%AD.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed metanizace uhl\u00ed<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Ekologick\u00e1 a technick\u00e1 rizika<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poddolovan\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed nese rizika nov\u00fdch pohyb\u016f povrchu zem\u011b, jako jsou poklesy nebo z\u00e1chv\u011bvy. D\u00e1le je nutn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161it dlouhodobou sanaci a regeneraci rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho poddolovan\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed. Po ukon\u010den\u00ed t\u011b\u017eby \u010dern\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed a \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fln\u00edch vod, zejm\u00e9na v souvislosti se zat\u00e1p\u011bn\u00edm vydobyt\u00fdch prostor\u016f, bude doch\u00e1zet k obnoven\u00ed deformac\u00ed povrchu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto nov\u00e9 ovlivn\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed legislativn\u011b o\u0161et\u0159eno, \u010d\u00edm\u017e m\u016f\u017ee doch\u00e1zet k sekund\u00e1rn\u00edm d\u016fln\u00edm \u0161kod\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 bude velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1vat. Tento stav zap\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u00ed probl\u00e9my p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na nov\u00fdch, ale i na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch povrchov\u00fdch objektech, a s t\u00edm spojen\u00e9 nemal\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed dopady. Vlivem zat\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed bude doch\u00e1zet k nerovnom\u011brn\u00fdm zdvih\u016fm povrchu, a to ze dvou hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din, kter\u00fdmi jsou vztlakov\u00e1 s\u00edla a bobtn\u00e1n\u00ed hornin. Tyto p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny se na v\u00fdsledn\u00e9m zdvihu povrchu pod\u00edl\u00ed r\u016fznou m\u011brou, v\u017edy z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch dan\u00e9 lokality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch pohyb\u016f a deformac\u00ed povrchu jsou dal\u0161\u00edmi riziky zejm\u00e9na projevy indukovan\u00e9 seismicity, stabilita likvidovan\u00fdch d\u016fln\u00edch d\u011bl situovan\u00fdch p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve frekventovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech m\u011bst, v\u00fdstupy d\u016fln\u00edch plyn\u016f (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm metanu) na povrch, kontaminace spodn\u00edch vod d\u016fln\u00edmi vodami a mo\u017en\u00fd p\u0159etok vody do dosud t\u011b\u017een\u00fdch dol\u016f na polsk\u00e9 stran\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatopen\u00ed dol\u016f, tedy ukon\u010den\u00ed systematick\u00e9ho \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fln\u00edch vod, p\u0159edstavuje strategickou chybu. Tento krok povede p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm k nekontrolovateln\u00e9mu \u00faniku d\u016fln\u00edho plynu na povrch na \u00fazem\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b 60 km\u00b2. Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 koncepce zat\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed byla posuzov\u00e1na p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b z perspektivy kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 t\u011b\u017eby plynu a jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednos bude omezen p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na nov\u00e9 dr\u017eitele dob\u00fdvac\u00edch prostor. Z dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska nep\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro bezpe\u010dnost ani rozvoj \u00fazem\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koncepce zat\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed pracuje s p\u0159edpokladem postupn\u00e9ho zaplaven\u00ed rev\u00edru v horizontu a\u017e 150 let, nicm\u00e9n\u011b zku\u0161enosti z ostravsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti rev\u00edru ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee po ukon\u010den\u00ed t\u011b\u017eby do\u0161lo k zatopen\u00ed na \u00farove\u0148 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b \u2212600 m ji\u017e b\u011bhem 10 let, a to i v d\u016fsledku mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdch hydrologick\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed (povodn\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento rozpor zpochyb\u0148uje realisti\u010dnost dlouhodob\u00fdch sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159\u016f zat\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Ostravsko-karvinsk\u00fd rev\u00edr byl historicky navr\u017een jako syst\u00e9m s trval\u00fdm \u010derp\u00e1n\u00edm d\u016fln\u00edch vod. Pro p\u0159\u00edpad ukon\u010den\u00ed t\u011b\u017eby byly v podzem\u00ed vybudov\u00e1ny vodn\u00ed j\u00e1my a p\u0159ekopy, kter\u00e9 propojuj\u00ed cel\u00fd rev\u00edr do n\u011bkolika \u010derpac\u00edch uzl\u016f. C\u00edlem tohoto syst\u00e9mu byla ochrana povrchov\u00fdch a podzemn\u00edch vod, v\u010detn\u011b zdroj\u016f pitn\u00e9 vody, a prevence d\u016fln\u00edch \u0161kod na povrchu (poklesy a vyzdvi\u017een\u00ed ter\u00e9nu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fsledky t\u011b\u017eby se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed odborn\u00e9 organizace, jako je nap\u0159. Akademie v\u011bd \u010cR, kter\u00e1 na toto t\u00e9ma vydala expertn\u00ed stanovisko AVex 03 2021 a poskytla tak informace poslanc\u016fm \u010cR. Tyto informace ale vzaty do \u00favahy evidentn\u011b nebyly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka tedy zn\u00ed: Jak zajistit do budoucna p\u0159\u00edstup ke koksovateln\u00e9mu uhl\u00ed a vyu\u017eit\u00ed technologie mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed metanizace \u010d\u00e1sti nebilan\u010dn\u00edch a v\u00e1zan\u00fdch z\u00e1sob uhl\u00ed, ani\u017e by z\u00e1sadn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed jam nesl st\u00e1t?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fln\u00edch vod a dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fadr\u017ebu jam ve v\u00fd\u0161i stovek mil. K\u010d ro\u010dn\u011b je nutn\u00e9 podrobit detailn\u00edmu ekonomick\u00e9mu rozboru. Tyto n\u00e1klady byly a\u017e doposud hrazeny p\u0159\u00edjmy z t\u011b\u017eby \u010dern\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed. V sou\u010dasnosti je ale t\u011b\u017eba zastavena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto n\u00e1klady v\u0161ak lze pokr\u00fdt z v\u00fdnos\u016f z \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho vyu\u017eit\u00ed d\u016fln\u00edho plynu v\u010detn\u011b mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed intenzifikace jeho v\u00fdvinu v podzem\u00ed (anaerobn\u00ed mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed metanizace).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed zdroje p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f mohou plynout z aktivit v podzem\u00ed, jako je gravita\u010dn\u00ed ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed energie, vyu\u017eit\u00ed d\u016fln\u00edch vod pro geoterm\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dely a jejich potenci\u00e1l jako zdroje strategick\u00fdch surovin. Minimalizace n\u00e1klad\u016f na \u00fadr\u017ebu d\u016fln\u00edch d\u011bl je nav\u00edc dosa\u017eiteln\u00e1 stabilizac\u00ed podzem\u00ed pomoc\u00ed ztracen\u00e9 plaven\u00e9 z\u00e1kladky, kter\u00e1 z\u00e1rove\u0148 sni\u017euje riziko d\u016fln\u00edch \u0161kod a umo\u017e\u0148uje kontrolovan\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed t\u011b\u017eby plynu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem lze do regionu i do problematiky p\u0159iv\u00e9st v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 soukrom\u00e9 investice a inovativn\u00ed projekty, kter\u00e9 kapitalizuj\u00ed ji\u017e zhodnocenou d\u016fln\u00ed infrastrukturu a pomohou transformovat socio-ekonomickou situaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Vyu\u017eit\u00ed &#8222;gravita\u010dn\u00edch bateri\u00ed&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pil\u00ed\u0159\u016f vyu\u017eit\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed d\u016fln\u00ed infrastruktury je technologie akumulace energie pomoc\u00ed tzv. \u201egravita\u010dn\u00edch bateri\u00ed\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve spolupr\u00e1ci \u00daGN AV \u010cR a britsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti Gravitrycity vznikl projekt Gravi Store. Nejv\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je ho realizovat pr\u00e1v\u011b v \u0161acht\u00e1ch na Ostravsku a Karvinsku, proto\u017ee zdej\u0161\u00ed vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00edla jsou velkoprofilov\u00e1 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 dostate\u010dn\u011b hlubok\u00e1, tak\u017ee pro efektivn\u00ed a velkokapacitn\u00ed skladov\u00e1n\u00ed energie umo\u017en\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed velmi rozm\u011brn\u00fdch a t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato technologie je efektivn\u00ed, umo\u017en\u00ed pru\u017en\u00e9 a pom\u011brn\u011b masivn\u00ed dod\u00e1vky energie do s\u00edt\u011b a je pom\u011brn\u011b jednoduch\u00e1, ekologicky \u0161etrn\u00e1 a levn\u00e1, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed nap\u0159. s bateriov\u00fdmi \u00falo\u017ei\u0161ti. V \u00fanoru r. 2023 bylo na britsk\u00e9 ambas\u00e1d\u011b v Praze podeps\u00e1no Memorandum mezi spole\u010dnost\u00ed Gravitrycity a Diamo s.p. s c\u00edlem ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed proveditelnosti projektu gravita\u010dn\u00edho ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed energie, zejm\u00e9na v d\u016fln\u00edch d\u00edlech OKD. Proto\u017ee tato technologie je efektivn\u00ed jen po ur\u010ditou, relativn\u011b kr\u00e1tkou dobu, navrhujeme na tuto technologii nav\u00e1zat \u0159\u00edzenou anaerobn\u00ed mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed metanizac\u00ed uheln\u00fdch sloj\u00ed a \u010derp\u00e1n\u00edm novotvo\u0159en\u00e9ho metanu po dobu n\u011bkolika dal\u0161\u00edch desetilet\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) Vyu\u017eit\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch mo\u017enost\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed technologie \u2013 vyu\u017eit\u00ed n\u00edzkopotenci\u00e1ln\u00edho tepla pro vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed budov nebo z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nerostn\u00fdch surovin z mineralizovan\u00fdch d\u016fln\u00edch vod (I, Br, Li, Rb, Cs). Ekonomick\u00e1 smysluplnost vyu\u017eit\u00ed t\u011bchto technologi\u00ed je zat\u00edm nejasn\u00e1 a vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 si dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum jak zdroj\u016f tepla, tak i zdroj\u016f miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek a postup\u016f p\u0159i jejich vyu\u017eit\u00ed a z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak zachr\u00e1nit vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed uhl\u00ed?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed kroky tedy m\u016f\u017ee podniknout st\u00e1t k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupu a pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed \u010dern\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed v budoucnosti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ud\u011blit st\u00e1tn\u00edmu podniku DIAMO a st\u00e1tn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti OKD \u00fakol, aby odstoupily od likvidace doposud udr\u017eovan\u00fdch jam jejich zasyp\u00e1n\u00edm a udr\u017eovaly \u010derp\u00e1n\u00edm hladinu d\u016fln\u00edch vod na sou\u010dasn\u00e9 \u00farovni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0159\u00eddit st\u00e1tn\u00edmu podniku DIAMO, aby se vr\u00e1til k pln\u011bn\u00ed memoranda se sokromou spole\u010dnost\u00ed Gravitrycity, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b se obr\u00e1til na jin\u00fd kvalifikovan\u00fd subjekt a umo\u017enil vybudovat ve vytipovan\u00fdch d\u016fln\u00edch d\u00edlech gravita\u010dn\u00ed \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b energie (gravita\u010dn\u00ed baterie), jejich\u017e provozn\u00ed zisk by mohl z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti pokr\u00fdt n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu d\u016fln\u00ed infrastruktury a \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fln\u00edch vod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ud\u011blit st\u00e1tn\u00edmu podniku DIAMO a st\u00e1tn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti OKD \u00fakol, aby se pokusily napadnout a anulovat p\u0159eveden\u00ed dob\u00fdvac\u00edch prostor\u016f na spole\u010dnost Green Gas DPB, ve kter\u00fdch se lo\u017eiska uhl\u00ed nach\u00e1zej\u00ed. K tomu by m\u011bl st\u00e1t poskytnout v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdm st\u00e1tn\u00edm spole\u010dnostem ve\u0161kerou pr\u00e1vn\u00ed a legislativn\u00ed podporu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve spolupr\u00e1ci s&nbsp;V\u0160B TU Ostrava (nebo jin\u00fdmi partnery) za\u010d\u00edt pracovat na p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b j\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed a vyu\u017eit\u00ed ve sloj\u00edch sorbovan\u00e9ho metanu a rovn\u011b\u017e se v\u011bnovat v\u00fdzkumu mo\u017enost\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 anaerobn\u00ed metanizace uheln\u00fdch sloj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na \u010dem by ale hlavn\u011b st\u00e1t (vl\u00e1da) m\u011bl za\u010d\u00edt urychlen\u011b pracovat, je zru\u0161en\u00ed emisn\u00edch povolenek ETS-1 nebo alespo\u0148 zastropov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich cen na \u00farovni nejv\u00fd\u0161 25\u201330 EUR\/t CO<sub>2<\/sub>. Pak mo\u017en\u00e1 bude op\u011bt ekonomicky sch\u016fdn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvat, dokud se nepostav\u00ed nov\u00e9 stabiln\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na jadern\u00e9 zdroje, dom\u00e1c\u00ed fosiln\u00ed paliva bez z\u00e1vislosti na dov\u00e1\u017een\u00e9m plynu, kter\u00fd nav\u00edc \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed nikterak (vzhledem k&nbsp;velk\u00fdm ztr\u00e1t\u00e1m a emis\u00edm metanu u\u017e p\u0159i t\u011b\u017eb\u011b a dlouh\u00e9 doprav\u011b) neprosp\u011bje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stejn\u011b tak by se op\u011bt mohlo vypl\u00e1cet vyr\u00e1b\u011bt v&nbsp;dom\u00e1c\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch \u017eelezo, ocel, sklo, keramiku (nap\u0159. izol\u00e1tory), a cement\u00e1rny by nebyly nuceny investovat miliardov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky do technologi\u00ed na vtla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub>&nbsp;do podzemn\u00edch kolektor\u016f \u2013 mo\u017en\u00e1 bychom pak mohli stav\u011bt za rozumnou cenu startovn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed pro mlad\u00e9 rodiny, rozv\u00edjet dopravn\u00ed a energetickou infrastrukturu a vr\u00e1tit konkurenceschopnost chemick\u00fdm a dal\u0161\u00edm pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm v\u00fdrob\u00e1m. Na to ale bude pot\u0159eba z\u00edskat spojence v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci EU.
