Nejde o migra\u010dn\u00ed krizi, ale o\nn\u00e1jezd muslim\u016f. Spisovatel a historik Vlastimil Vondru\u0161ka ve sv\u00e9m\ndne\u0161n\u00edm zamy\u0161len\u00ed upozor\u0148uje na to, jak hanebn\u011b se zach\u00e1z\u00ed s\nfakty a logikou, jak demagogicky se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pojmy jako\nnep\u0159izp\u016fsobiv\u00ed \u010di migra\u010dn\u00ed krize a jak se d\u00edky tomu d\u00e1 obecn\u00e9\nm\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed zmanipulovat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"632\" height=\"307\" src=\"http:\/\/www.podivinsky.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Vondruska.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4053\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\nFoto:\n<strong>Hans\n\u0160tembera<\/strong><br>\nPopisek:\n<strong>Spisovatel\na historik Vlastimil Vondru\u0161ka<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nKdy\u017e\n\u010dtu nebo poslouch\u00e1m diskuse o sou\u010dasn\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti a probl\u00e9mech,\nkter\u00e9 n\u00e1s tr\u00e1p\u00ed, j\u00edm\u00e1 mne smutek. Ne kv\u016fli probl\u00e9m\u016fm\nsamotn\u00fdm, ty jsou od toho, abychom je \u0159e\u0161ili, ale jsem skoro\nzoufal\u00fd z toho, jak hanebn\u011b se pracuje s fakty a logikou. Aby se\ndal n\u011bjak\u00fd probl\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161it, mus\u00edme ho p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159esn\u011b\ndefinovat. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 si v\u016fbec neuv\u011bdomuj\u00ed, jak d\u016fle\u017eitou\nfunkci m\u00e1 p\u0159esn\u00fd v\u00fdznam slov. A ti, kte\u0159\u00ed si to uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed,\npracuj\u00ed \u010dasto s v\u00fdznamem slov naprosto demagogicky, nebo\u0165 dob\u0159e\nv\u011bd\u00ed, jak snadno se d\u00e1 obecn\u00e9 m\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed zmanipulovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nDovolte\nmi krati\u010dk\u00fd exkurz, abych na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edkladech objasnil,\nco m\u00e1m na mysli. Kdy\u017e v pades\u00e1t\u00fdch letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed\nvyh\u00e1n\u011bli komunist\u00e9 sedl\u00e1ky, neozna\u010dovali je n\u00e1zvem, kter\u00fd\nplatil po stalet\u00ed, ale dali jim hanlivou n\u00e1lepku kulak\u016f. Kdy\u017e jim\nkradli majetek, bylo to zdru\u017estev\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Nakonec spole\u010dnost d\u00edky\nmas\u00e1\u017ei ze strany m\u00e9di\u00ed a ideolog\u016f p\u0159ijala, \u017ee majetek nebyl\nsedl\u00e1k\u016fm ukraden, ale legitimn\u011b zdru\u017estevn\u011bn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nOkupanti\nn\u00e1s v roce 1968 nenapadli, ale poskytli internacion\u00e1ln\u00ed pomoc. A\nbyli tu do\u010dasn\u011b um\u00edst\u011bni. Vlastenci, kte\u0159\u00ed s okupac\u00ed\nnesouhlasili, byli prohl\u00e1\u0161eni za protist\u00e1tn\u00ed \u017eivly, kter\u00e9\nrozvracej\u00ed socialismus. Jejich pron\u00e1sledov\u00e1n\u00ed se pak naz\u00fdvalo\nk\u00e1drovou prac\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>M\u00edsto\nargument\u016f padaj\u00ed v diskus\u00edch sn\u016f\u0161ky ur\u00e1\u017eek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\u00damysln\u011b\nuv\u00e1d\u00edm p\u0159\u00edklady, kter\u00e9 jsou v\u0161em srozumiteln\u00e9. Pokud bychom\n\u0161li hloub\u011bji do minulosti nebo zabrousili mimo Evropu, najdeme\nstovky podobn\u00fdch. Vyvra\u017e\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00fdch n\u00e1rod\u016f se pojmenovalo\npodle okolnost\u00ed jako pok\u0159t\u011bn\u00ed \u010di demokratizace. Upalov\u00e1n\u00ed\nkazatel\u016f jin\u00e9 v\u00edry se prohla\u0161ovalo za o\u010distu k\u0159es\u0165anstva.\nPopravy neobl\u00edben\u00fdch panovn\u00edk\u016f se konaly pod hlavi\u010dkou\nspravedliv\u00e9ho trestu, a\u0165 ji\u017e z rukou Kristov\u00fdch v\u011brn\u00fdch, ob\u010dan\u016f\nrevoluce, p\u011bsti d\u011blnick\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy nebo odp\u016frc\u016f totality. Je to\npo\u0159\u00e1d stejn\u00e9. Realitu se sna\u017e\u00ed vl\u00e1dcov\u00e9 a jejich nohsledi\npojmenovat tak, aby vyhovovala jejich mocensk\u00fdm c\u00edl\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nDnes\nskoro nikdo ve v\u00e1\u0161niv\u00fdch diskus\u00edch nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed o skute\u010dn\u00e9\npodstat\u011b probl\u00e9m\u016f. Chyt\u00e1me se slov, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m vtloukaj\u00ed do\nhlav politici a m\u00e9dia, a h\u00e1d\u00e1me se o n\u011b, jako by \u0161lo o \u017eivot. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nAle\npokud se nad t\u00edm zamysl\u00edme, pak by n\u00e1m m\u011blo doj\u00edt, \u017ee se ve\nskute\u010dnosti h\u00e1d\u00e1me o chim\u00e9ry, o pseudoprobl\u00e9my, \u017ee proti sob\u011b\nstav\u00edme ideje, kter\u00e9 jsou iluzorn\u00ed, nebo\u0165 pojmenov\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u0161echno\njin\u00e9, jen ne podstatu v\u011bci. A pak se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nikdy nem\u016f\u017eeme\ndohodnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nBolest\u00ed\nv\u011bt\u0161iny dne\u0161n\u00edch diskus\u00ed je nav\u00edc absolutn\u00ed absence\nracionality, fakt\u016f a logiky. Na n\u00e1zor, kter\u00fd se n\u011bjak\u00e9mu\noponentovi nel\u00edb\u00ed, \u010dasto odpov\u00edd\u00e1 ur\u00e1\u017ekami. Za\u017eil jsem to i\nj\u00e1. Na mnoho m\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f jsem obdr\u017eel sn\u016f\u0161ky ur\u00e1\u017eek, ani\u017e\nov\u0161em oponent vysv\u011btlil, v \u010dem se tedy m\u00fdl\u00edm a pro\u010d se mnou\nnesouhlas\u00ed. Za racion\u00e1ln\u00ed argument se dnes pova\u017euje pouh\u00e9\nkonstatov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee ten druh\u00fd je slun\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159, komou\u0161, Putin\u016fv\nagent, Obam\u016fv agent nebo prost\u011b jen idiot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nRisknu\ntuhle \u0161k\u00e1lu odsouzen\u00ed a dovol\u00edm si p\u0159edlo\u017eit n\u011bkolik dnes\nb\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch term\u00edn\u016f, k nim\u017e se pokus\u00edm p\u0159i\u0159adit\nre\u00e1ln\u00fd obsah, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 a logick\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9\npojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>Nejde\no migra\u010dn\u00ed krizi, ale n\u00e1jezd hord, kter\u00e9 u n\u00e1s nemaj\u00ed co d\u011blat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nA\n\u010d\u00edm za\u010d\u00edt jin\u00fdm ne\u017e slovy \u201emigra\u010dn\u00ed krize\u201c. Slovo krize\nse pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o stav po \u017eiveln\u00ed\nkatastrof\u011b nebo o hospod\u00e1\u0159skou cyklickou krizi. Kriz\u00ed je zlomov\u00fd\nstav pacienta nebo neshoda v man\u017eelstv\u00ed. Je to v\u0161ak v\u017edy n\u011bco,\nco vznik\u00e1 v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b nez\u00e1visle na na\u0161\u00ed v\u016fli. Slovy\n\u201emigra\u010dn\u00ed krize\u201c se tak politici sna\u017e\u00ed navodit dojem, \u017ee jde\no proces, kter\u00fd se d\u011bje mimo n\u00e1s a my se mu mus\u00edme podvolit\n(stejn\u011b jako se podvol\u00edme zem\u011bt\u0159esen\u00ed nebo krachu na burze). \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<em>Jen\u017ee\nto je le\u017e! Tahle ud\u00e1lost <\/em><em>nen\u00ed\nkrize, proto\u017ee my ji \u0159e\u0161it m\u016f\u017eeme! Je to pust\u00fd n\u00e1jezd hord,\nkter\u00e9 nemaj\u00ed na na\u0161em \u00fazem\u00ed legitimn\u011b co d\u011blat.<\/em><em>\nJist\u011b, existuj\u00ed i ohledy humanit\u00e1rn\u00ed, ale ty se musej\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it\nv\u017edycky v r\u00e1mci z\u00e1kon\u016f dan\u00e9 zem\u011b a p\u0159i respektov\u00e1n\u00ed\nsuverenity jej\u00edch hranic. Cokoli jin\u00e9ho je zv\u016fle (a neoh\u00e1n\u011bjme\nse vnucen\u00fdmi mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edmi pakty a \u00famluvami, jsou-li nav\u00edc v\nrozporu s na\u0161\u00ed \u00fastavou).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<em>P\u0159\u00edliv\nmigrant\u016f nen\u00ed krize, je to v\u00fdsledek <\/em><em>neschopnosti\nbruselsk\u00fdch vl\u00e1dnouc\u00edch elit plnit povinnosti, kter\u00e9 jako spr\u00e1vci\nEvropy maj\u00ed. <\/em><em>Nikdo\ndnes nechr\u00e1n\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 hranice, vedou se jen nekone\u010dn\u00e9 \u017ev\u00e1sty,\n\u017ee je to t\u0159eba ud\u011blat. A\u0165 u\u017e n\u011bmeck\u00e1 kancl\u00e9\u0159ka stoupence\nisl\u00e1mu pozvala, \u010di nikoli, nemaj\u00ed tu legitimn\u011b co d\u011blat a\np\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed na\u0161ich hranic je trestn\u00fd \u010din.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nSkute\u010dn\u00e1\nmigrace je ve skute\u010dnosti n\u011bco, co m\u00e1 jist\u00fd z\u00e1konn\u00fd nebo\nalespo\u0148 hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd r\u00e1mec. P\u0159ist\u011bhovalec mus\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dat o\nlegalizaci pobytu, mus\u00ed se v nov\u00e9 zemi p\u0159izp\u016fsobit, mus\u00ed v n\u00ed\npracovat a u\u017eivit sebe a svou rodinu. Nic z toho p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed\nhordy nepln\u00ed, nerespektuj\u00ed a nejsou toho ani potenci\u00e1ln\u011b schopny.\nV modern\u00ed historii nem\u00e1me k podobn\u00e9mu pohybu n\u00e1rod\u016f paralelu,\nproto je t\u0159eba pou\u017e\u00edt nomenklaturu star\u0161\u00edch d\u011bjin. Nejde o\nmigra\u010dn\u00ed krizi, ale o n\u00e1jezd muslim\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>Zni\u010d\u00ed\nbyt, obsad\u00ed ciz\u00ed objekt, krade, ale je jen nep\u0159izp\u016fsobiv\u00fd<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<em>Stejn\u011b\nfat\u00e1ln\u011b se dnes pracuje s pojmem \u201enep\u0159izp\u016fsobiv\u00fd\u201c.<\/em>\nZ\u00e1kon\nstanov\u00ed jasn\u011b, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk je bu\u010f bez\u00fahonn\u00fd, proto\u017ee z\u00e1kony\npln\u00ed, nebo je zlo\u010dinec, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b podle v\u00e1\u017enosti p\u0159estupku\npachatel, nebo\u0165 z\u00e1kony a p\u0159edpisy poru\u0161uje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nCo\nje to nep\u0159izp\u016fsobiv\u00fd? \u010clov\u011bk, kter\u00fd se rozhodne, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9\nz\u00e1kony a normy dodr\u017eovat nebude. Dostane byt, ale zni\u010d\u00ed ho. Vl\u00e1me\nse do ciz\u00edho objektu a ve jm\u00e9nu sv\u00fdch u\u0161lechtil\u00fdch my\u0161lenek ho\nobsad\u00ed. Na ulic\u00edch d\u011bl\u00e1 nepo\u0159\u00e1dek, v noci hluk, p\u00e1ch\u00e1 drobn\u00e9\nkr\u00e1de\u017ee, nechce pracovat. To v\u0161e se dnes ozna\u010duje jako\nnep\u0159izp\u016fsobivost. Pro\u010d, v\u017edy\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo tohle d\u011bl\u00e1, je\np\u0159ece v dikci z\u00e1kona pachatel nebo zlo\u010dinec. Politici a medi\u00e1ln\u00ed\nkoment\u00e1to\u0159i to snad nev\u011bd\u00ed? Pak by si m\u011bli zopakovat z\u00e1klady\npr\u00e1va.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nStejn\u011b\ntak je podivn\u00e9, aby se r\u016fzn\u00e9 skupiny spole\u010dnosti p\u0159ejmenov\u00e1valy\npodle aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situace. P\u0159ed n\u011bkolika lety se vedly v\u00e1\u0161niv\u00e9\npolemiky na t\u00e9ma, jak hanebn\u00e1 je \u010desk\u00e1 komunistick\u00e1 strana,\nproto\u017ee se odm\u00edt\u00e1 p\u0159ejmenovat (navzdory tomu, \u017ee propagace\nkomunismu byla z\u00e1konem prohl\u00e1\u0161ena za trestnou \u2013 <em>typick\u00fd\npr\u00e1vn\u00ed Kocourkov). <\/em>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nKomunist\u00e9\nv\u011brni revolu\u010dn\u00edm p\u00edsn\u00edm na sv\u00e9 barik\u00e1d\u011b vytrvali a komunisty\npodle n\u00e1zvu z\u016fstali. Zachovali se rozhodn\u011b seri\u00f3zn\u011bji ne\u017e\ncik\u00e1ni (historick\u00fd n\u00e1zev dolo\u017een\u00fd ji\u017e ve 14. stolet\u00ed), kte\u0159\u00ed\nned\u016fv\u011bryhodnou firmu vym\u011bnili za ozna\u010den\u00ed \u201eRom\u201c. P\u0159izn\u00e1m\nse, \u017ee nezn\u00e1m n\u00e1rod, kter\u00fd by se po stalet\u00edch existence\np\u0159ejmenoval jen proto, \u017ee se mu jeho ozna\u010den\u00ed nezd\u00e1 dostate\u010dn\u011b\nd\u016fstojn\u00e9. A a\u017e bude zpochybn\u011bno tohle slovo (ono u\u017e vlastn\u011b je\nt\u00edm, jak ochotn\u011b se p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci t\u00e9to etnick\u00e9 men\u0161iny\np\u0159izp\u016fsobuj\u00ed), najdou si t\u0159eba jin\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>P\u0159edkov\u00e9\nnemohli polemizovat o \u201emigra\u010dn\u00ed krizi\u201c, museli se chopit zbran\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nP\u0159em\u00fd\u0161leli\njste, kdo vlastn\u011b je \u201esoci\u00e1ln\u011b pot\u0159ebn\u00fd\u201c, nebo dokonce\n\u201esoci\u00e1ln\u011b slab\u00fd\u201c? Hledal jsem na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch na\u0161ich\ninstituc\u00ed, ale ani na marxistick\u00e9m ministerstvu nen\u00ed definice, kdo\nto vlastn\u011b je. V\u0161ichni se v\u0161ak t\u00edm pojmem oh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00ed. Takov\u00e9\nterm\u00edny jsou na nic, proto\u017ee nikdo po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b nech\u00e1pe, co exaktn\u011b\nznamenaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nOzna\u010duj\u00ed\ntoti\u017e to, co se hod\u00ed politik\u016fm, \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edk\u016fm a aktivist\u016fm. Bu\u010fme\nv\u0161ak jazykov\u011b korektn\u00ed. Ve spole\u010dnosti existuj\u00ed lid\u00e9 bohat\u00ed a\nchud\u00ed. Je-li n\u011bkdo chud\u00fd, m\u00e1 sm\u016flu. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b podle k\u0159es\u0165anstv\u00ed\nchudoba cti netrat\u00ed. Nav\u00edc ka\u017ed\u00fd chud\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee zbohatnout, pokud\nse bude sna\u017eit. Nebo pokud bude m\u00edt \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. \u017dijeme v dob\u011b\npokrokov\u00e9, kter\u00e1 chudobu nep\u0159ipou\u0161t\u00ed. V\u0161ichni bohat\u00ed ov\u0161em\nb\u00fdt nemohou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nD\u00e1vat\npen\u00edze na chud\u00e9, to se jaksi nenos\u00ed. Ale na soci\u00e1ln\u011b pot\u0159ebn\u00e9?\nKdo by mohl odm\u00edtnout pom\u00e1hat pot\u0159ebn\u00fdm? Mimochodem, pot\u0159ebn\u00fd\nje ve sv\u00e9 podstat\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk v t\u00e9to zemi. Soused m\u00e1\njagu\u00e1ra, ale j\u00e1 ne. Jsem pot\u0159ebn\u00fd, proto\u017ee bych ho cht\u011bl taky.\nB\u00fdt pot\u0159ebn\u00fd je psychologicky nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9, je to slovo politicky\nnabub\u0159el\u00e9 a pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9. B\u00fdt chud\u00fd nebo bohat\u00fd je v\u0161ak ozna\u010den\u00ed\njasn\u00e9, srozumiteln\u00e9 a z hlediska reality spr\u00e1vn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<em>Pokud\nchceme tuhle spole\u010dnost napravit, je t\u0159eba \u0159\u00edkat pravdu. A to\nznamen\u00e1 ozna\u010dovat v\u011bci spr\u00e1vn\u00fdmi term\u00edny, neskr\u00fdvat nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9\nskute\u010dnosti za balast eufemism\u016f. O tom, co sd\u011blujeme, mus\u00ed\nrozhodovat v\u011bcn\u00e1 spr\u00e1vnost, a nikoli politick\u00e1 korektnost,\njemnocit \u010di osobn\u00ed ambice. Na v\u0161echny d\u011bje a stavy spole\u010dnosti\nm\u00e1me prov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 pojmy, nevytv\u00e1\u0159ejme nov\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\u010cesk\u00fd\njazyk je mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b bohat\u00fd, pou\u017e\u00edvejme jen ty obraty, kter\u00e9\njsou zn\u00e1m\u00e9 po stalet\u00ed. Pak se rozhodn\u011b budeme na sv\u011bt d\u00edvat\nre\u00e1ln\u011bji a jednat pragmati\u010dt\u011bji. Proto\u017ee na\u0161i p\u0159edkov\u00e9\nnemohli polemizovat o \u201emigra\u010dn\u00ed krizi\u201c, museli se chopit zbran\u00ed\na br\u00e1nit svou svobodu a majetek. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nMimochodem,\nobrat \u201ebr\u00e1nit svou zemi, v\u00edru a majetek\u201c nen\u00ed ur\u00e1\u017ekou!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nAle\ndok\u00e1\u017ee to dnes je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkdo? Vyrostly n\u00e1m tady generace \u201emu\u017e\u016f\u201c,\nkter\u00e9 neum\u00ed vyst\u0159elit ani z&nbsp;praku, mimo jin\u00e9 proto, \u017ee\nnev\u011bd\u00ed, co to je.
