Zotavov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee trvat a\u017e 14 dn\u016f<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Neodkl\u00e1dejte l\u00e9\u010dbu, \u010d\u00edm d\u0159\u00edve, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe!<\/li><li>Je lep\u0161\u00ed se t\u011bmito doporu\u010den\u00edmi \u0159\u00eddit, prevence nen\u00ed nikdy p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho!<\/li><li>Sedn\u011bte si na slunce, sta\u010d\u00ed 15-20 minut<\/li><li>Odpo\u010d\u00edvejte a sp\u011bte alespo\u0148 7-8 hodin<\/li><li>Pijte dostatek tekutin, 1,5-2,5 l denn\u011b<\/li><li>V\u0161echna j\u00eddla mus\u00ed b\u00fdt hork\u00e1 (ne studen\u00e1!)
